Asian cuisine, also known as Asian cuisine, are the varied cuisines in Asia which have developed their individual unique food habits and cooking methods. Typically, Asian foods comprise of rice, fish, meat, vegetables, noodles and fruits. Typically, Asian cuisine has been inspired from China, India, Korea, Japan, the Philippines and other Asian countries. Typically, Asian cuisinses feature vegetables like onions, garlic, ginger and more. Some Asian cuises feature meat such as beef, pork, chicken, seafood and vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, carrots, corn and more. On the contrary, in some other Asian countries, the staples of Asian cuisine include noodles such as Chinese noodles and Japanese sushi noodles.

One of the most popular styles of preparing Asian cuisine is stir-frying. In this method, hot water is added to a variety of ingredients such as vegetables, meats, seafood and vegetables then stirred slowly over a low heat. When the ingredients are cooked well, the mixture turns out as tender as steak. A variation of this method is called frying wherein all the ingredients are cooked in a deep pot together until they are translucent and soft. In general, most of the ingredients used in the preparation of Asian recipes are fresh vegetables and meat and may include rice or noodles.

To make delicious traditional Asian side dishes, you need to use a variety of seasonings which are available in the Asian foods culture. The most common spices used in Asian side dishes are rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, pepper, sugar, dried chili, sesame seed and various types of sea salt. These seasonings enhance the flavor and nutritive values of the main ingredients. For instance, ginger helps in enhancing the flavor of the meat while sesame seed adds to the dietary fiber and calcium values of the vegetables.
